My husband was a Vietnam veteran and died in 1994. At that time enlisted people were not eligible for USAA. I found out that I am not eligible. This certainly seems unfair. If he was alive, I would have him and USAA. How does equate to fairness? Any spouse also suffered ( with worry) every day their spouse was serving.
