What is Micro-Mesh sandpaper?
Micro-Mesh® is a unique cushioned abrasive capable of giving very fine and very controlled scratch patterns. The grits range from 1500 to 12000. The 1500 is slightly coarser than a conventional 600 sandpaper, and the 12000 will leave scratch patterns that cannot be detected by the human eye.
Can you wet sand with Micro-Mesh?

How long does Micro-Mesh last?

What is Micro-Mesh made of?
Micro-Mesh is made with a flexible cloth backing, topped with a layer of especially formulated latex. Silicone carbide or aluminum oxide crystals are bonded with a flexible glue.

MICRO-MESH® can be used wet or dry. When using MICRO-MESH® dry, it can be “unloaded” by rapping against the palm of your hand. MICRO-MESH® can also be cleaned by using a stiff, short bristled brush. It may not be necessary to go through every grade of MICRO-MESH® to reach the desired finish.
How do you clean micro mesh?
To clean your Micro-mesh, it can be wiped off with a soft cloth, or it may be blown off with compressed air. For more thorough cleaning, Micro-mesh can be hand washed with dish washing soap or machine washed.
