Magatsu Inaba is a dungeon within the Midnight Channel in Persona 4. Its entrance is the Ominous Bedroom — known as the Desolate Bedroom in Persona 4 Golden — which was the first area in the other side encountered by Yosuke, Chie and the protagonist.

How do I get Adachi?
He’ll be in the lobby near the elevator and players will be able to speak to him and hang out from there. If you spend the afternoon studying (or visiting 30 Frame, etc.), then Adachi will be located in front of the gas station in the South Shopping District at night.
How does Adachi summon his persona?
His style in summoning Persona is clutching his head in pain, similar to Takaya Sakaki from Persona 3. The difference is that Adachi’s eyes are vacant like a madman while invoking, while Takaya’s eyes are normal (although he drops to his knees from the pain).
