How do I start the Zul Drak quests?
The quest is indeed bugged, but there’s no need to do any prequests to get started in Zul’Drak. You can get started by going to Light’s Breach and helping the Worgar there.
What happens to Drakuru?
Drakuru is a drakkari troll who rises from being a prisoner at Granite Springs to being overlord of the Voltarus necropolis in Zul’Drak. The player interacts with him from when he is first encountered to when he is finally slain by the Lich King.

How do I get from crystalsong to Icecrown?
You can make it to Icecrown by foot at the Northwester corner of Crystalsong Forest. There’s an Argent Crusade quest hub that through quest chains leads you into Icecrown. Once you’re there though, you’ll have a hard time navigating the zone w/o a flying mount.
