Yes. Freshmen, sophomores and juniors are required to live on campus, unless you reside with a parent or legal guardian in Grafton, Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Seaford, Tabb or Yorktown.

Is CNU a conservative school?
There was a more conservative vibe here than at any of the other VA schools we visited. The 260-acre campus is pristine with red brick buildings built-in a “new Jefferson” style. Much of the campus seems to be a replica of the University of Virginia, including the rotunda that was under construction when we visited.
