Can you add foam to a surfboard?
The board, as you see it now, weighs 15 lbs. The 8 pound density foam is a little heavier than the spray can foam, but many times stronger, and appears to bond extremely well. Using the pour foam isn’t any more difficult than filling with a microballoon/resin mix, but weighs a small fraction as much.
